Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated to the day.
What happens when I hit my monthly quota?
API requests return HTTP 429 until your quota resets on the 1st of the next month, or you upgrade to continue immediately.
Is the API included on all plans?
Yes — API access is available on every plan including Free. Your API key is generated automatically when you sign up.
How does the bulk endpoint count against my limits?
A bulk job counts as a single API request against your per-minute rate limit, no matter how many hashes it contains. Each hash in the job counts as one lookup against your monthly quota, and the job size can't exceed your plan's bulk request size.
